The Potato Baker is made with a natural, unglazed fire-clay, for a totally dry cooking (with no water at all).
No need to use any fire scatterer net. To savour potatoes enhancing their natural and genuine taste. Use the Potato Baker with medium/low fire, a low flame with moderate heat allows a slow cooking of the potatoes that keep unchanged all their nutritional values and their starch content.
You can cook also chestnnuts, cut the shell and put a right quantity of chestnuts wich allows to mix them well, turn them every so often until desired cooking.
