As required by the rules of the trade, all Arte e Ceramica shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euro. For items in sale invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Please note that with all the Extra UE parcel, customer may occur on Custom Fees as regulated on its own Country
DATE OF DISPATCH
Orders are shipped from Arte e Ceramica in Terni, Italy from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday the next morning.
In all cases, Arte e Ceramica reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order can not be delivered for reasons of force majeure. Please note that during promotions and sales you can check for delays in shipments.
AUTHORIZED DELIVERY
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Arte e Ceramica and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the parcel.
If, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the return to the sender any shipping charges, charged to the Arte e Ceramica will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
ORDER DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason, the packaging looks tampered with, clients are asked to sign the receipt, subject, or to refuse delivery.
In case the shipment is accepted with a not authorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the office local Poste Italiane and contact Arte e Ceramica at info@arteeceramicacesari.it.
If for any reason the shipment can not be delivered successfully at the address provided by the customer in the sales contract, the package may be returned to you at the expense of the Customer.
These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the customer by Arte e Ceramica.
